Hi! I'm Stephanie Shackelford, longtime homeschool mom, one-time KONOS rep.

I first began this webpage as a KONOS rep. Even though I'm no longer a rep, I still love my KONOS, which I've been using for almost 13 years. Some years we followed the curriculum more strictly than others. Some years I got distracted and implemented a "new" method or curriculum (chronological history for instance). Through it all, though, I always maintained the core of KONOS, which for me was unit studies, hands-on activities and especially the character emphasis. Though not an official KONOS site, you'll find lots of information here about KONOS products and how to use the curriculum, since it has been such an integral part of our homeschooling adventure. You'll also find general homeschooling information, some devotionals, even some homeschooling fiction.
